Jessica Rollins
Chair of the Board
Jessica Rollins has been an integral part of the Ottawa Pops Orchestra since prior to the pandemic. With a Masters in Business Administration and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Ottawa, she is eager to leverage her expertise in a new capacity. She is honored to have been elected to the board and is committed to contributing to the organization's growth. Drawing on her extensive experience as both a performer and an administrator, she hopes to use her in-depth knowledge of the Orchestra's team to help foster its development over the next three years.

Pierre Foret
Vice Chair of the Board
Pierre Foret, an Ottawa-born flutist and teacher, serves as the vice chair of the board and principal flutist for the Ottawa Pops Orchestra. He holds a Master of Music in performance from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Music in performance from the Conservatoire de musique du Québec à Gatineau. Currently, Pierre is pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance at the John Molson School of Business in Montréal. In summer 2024, he participated in District 3’s Alan Shepard Residency program, applying innovation frameworks to develop business solutions for Montréal-based organizations. As a board member, Pierre aims to leverage his expertise in business innovation and strategy to help the Ottawa Pops Orchestra advance its mission to redefine the orchestral experience.

Sebastian Lacey
Member of the Board
Sebastian Lacey is a full-time civil servant and part-time music enthusiast. He currently works as a senior foreign trade officer for the Government of Canada. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in international relations and development studies at the University of Windsor, and a Masters in global governance from the Balsillie School of International Affairs. Musically, he studied piano from a very young age and completed his Grade 9 Piano with the Royal Conservatory of Music. As a member of the board of directors, Sebastian is committed to the continued growth of the Ottawa Pops Orchestra as a mainstay in Ottawa's music scene, focused on financial stewardship, building collaborative relationships and providing opportunities to the next generation of musicians.
