About the Ottawa Pops Orchestra: 

The Ottawa Pops Orchestra is a semi-professional community orchestra dedicated to performing accessible and relevant music. We are passionate about redefining the modern orchestral experience through innovative performances. Comprised of individuals who love to dress up and share their passion for music, our mission is to foster the next generation of musicians, redefine the orchestral experience, and create a sense of community in the Ottawa-Gatineau Region. 

Job Summaries: 

We are seeking passionate and driven individuals to join the Marketing side of the Administrative team with the Ottawa Pops Orchestra. Specifically individuals who are interested in the following positions:

  • Communications Coordinator : The Communications Coordinator is responsible for executing a communications strategy with patrons, media, and collaborating with other external communication tasks. 

  • Social Media Coordinator : The Social Media Manager is responsible for the timely and quality maintenance of all social media platforms affiliated with the organization which includes Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube.

  • Webmaster : The webmaster is responsible for maintaining the organization’s website and collaborating with others to ensure up to date information.
